Michael graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University. After working for ten years as a diamond merchant, he moved to California and founded Gallery of Diamonds.
Watson is a member of the American Adoption Congress and is a GIA Gemological Institute of America-trained gemologist. He is the author of "Adopted Like Me- Chosen to Search for a Birthmother."

Born in Guatemala, Carmen came to the United States after teaching young students in her native country.
Since our inception in 1991, Carmen has been responsible for the accounting and merchandise buying decisions for the company. She is also a jewelry designer, and can turn her imagination into a beautiful design.
Carmen has proven many of her remarkable talents, such as coordinating thousands of winning families to enjoy a wonderful mother and chid experience. Carmen is also a professional gemstone sorter, and hand selects every gemstone prize.

Radha is our Executive Assistant whose mission is to spread the Why Mom Deserves a Diamond® contest throughout the nation.
Born in Texas, she is half Indian and half Mexican. She brings extensive technical, design, and website experience to our company and ensures all operations run efficiently. Radha helps optimize the contest by supervising the flow of the Contest Management System for franchisees. She studied psychology for three years at Chapman University.

Janey understands what a gift it is to be a mom.
Janey is a native of Southern California. She has trade experience in a variety of fields including jewelry. Janey makes sure the contest is a positive and rewarding experience for every mother and child. Her creative talent is an asset of our industry. Janey loves crafting and cooking. She especially loves to fish.
Janey's true passion is her children Ricky, Dominic, Pretties, Hayley, Michaela, and Zachary.

He received his bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the University of Dayton with a concentration in Communication Design and a minor in Marketing. Sean has worked with local and international companies to help creatively communicate their brand message. He has a strongly diverse portfolio which now includes the 2010 Why Mom Deserves a Diamond® book cover.
